- Insert anchor in door at mid-thigh height.
- Holding onto handles, with back to door, step 1-2 feet away.
- Step one foot back so that feet are in a staggered stance.
- Bring both elbows up and forward so that upper arms are lined up with your ears and tucked close to head. Engage core.
- To start, take a deep breath, then exhale and fully extend arms upward.
- Inhale and return slowly to starting position.
