Upright Row (Stackable Bands)

  1. Attach desired combination of bands to both handles
  2. Place both feet hip-width apart on midsection of band(s). Cross band(s) in front – grab 1 handle in each hand.
  3. Begin with a deep breath – exhale and pull handles upwards – leading with elbows – until handles reach shoulders.
  4. Inhale and return to start with control.
  5. Repeat for desired number of reps.
