  1. Debbie

We purchased this band set for our employees to use at the office. The bands are good quality; good length, width and thickness for using. We were pleased that they did not have any odor (latex/plastic smell). The yellow is the lightest resistance, but definitely is good for people starting out. The blue is noticeably more resistant than the yellow and the green is the a challenge! These are thicker than other bands we’ve seen. The door anchor is also of durable quality. The guide is a good reference for some of the exercises the bands can be used for and the carrying case is plenty big enough for the items. We thought the price for the set of this quality was very good.

Love this set. Have a big rehab portion in our clinic and it is an easy and efficient way to supply patients with what they need.
