First, the brand is one of my favorite in quality. As for the stackable bands, they work best for those who are looking to increase tension in increments. For example, i do rows and lat pull downs and just add bands to the handle for a ‘heavier pull’. The overall their bands have yet to split or crack on me; some other brands tend to tear easy where the cloth meets the rubber due to pulling.
