Standing Back Row (Anchored)

  1. Insert anchor at midpoint of door.
  2. Facing door, grab handles, one in each hand.
  3. Step back 1-2 feet, or so that RB is taught with slight tension, arms fully extended, and shoulders relaxed.
  4. Keep back straight, feet hip distance apart, knees slightly bent. Engage abs so core is tight.
  5. To start, inhale then exhale as you pull elbows back, squeezing shoulder blades, until both hands are next to rib cage.
  6. Inhale and slowly return to starting position.
  7. Repeat for desired number of reps.

Standing Tricep Extension

  1. Grab handles with both hands and step on middle of band with R foot.
  2. Step L foot out in front for a comfortable stance and lunge slightly forward.
  3. Bring both elbows up and forward so that the upper arms are lined up with your ears, close to your head.
  4. Inhale and release slowly to start position.
  5. Repeat for desired number of reps.

Standing Bicep Curl

  1. Place the middle of band under both feet and hold handles by your sides. With feet hip distance apart, stand tall and keep core engaged.
  2. To decrease intensity, use a single band under both feet.
  3. To start, take a deep breath, exhale and raise your hands up towards your shoulders. Keep elbows under shoulders through movement.
  4. Inhale and slowly return to starting position.
  5. Repeat for desired number of reps.

Bicep Curl w/Stacked Bands

  1. Place the middle of stacked bands under both feet, and hold both handles by sides. With feet hip distance apart, stand tall and keep core engaged.
  2. To decrease the intensity, place fewer bands underneath feet.
  3. To start, take a deep breath in, exhale and raise your hands up to shoulders. Keep elbows under shoulders throughout movement.
  4. Keep back straight, feet hip distance apart, knees slightly bent. Engage abs so core is tight.
  5. Inhale and slowly return to starting position.
  6. Repeat for desired number of reps.

Chest Fly (Anchored)

  1. Insert anchor at top of door.
  2. Face away from the door and grab handles with both hands.
  3. Step away from the door 1-2 feet, with one foot behind the other for a comfortable staggered stance. Stand tall with core engaged. Extend arms out to sides at shoulder height, elbows slightly bent, and palms facing forward.
  4. To start, take a deep breath and exhale as you bring your arms together in front.
  5. Inhale and slowly release the band by extending arms and chest muscles, so the band is back in start position.
  6. Repeat for desired number of reps.

Standing Chest Press (Anchored)

  1. Insert anchor at midpoint of door.
  2. Facing away from door, grab both handles in each hand.
  3. Step away from door 1-2 feet, with one foot behind the other in a staggered stance.
  4. Lift elbows back so that hands are just below shoulder height, elbows are completely bent, palms faced down.
  5. Stand tall with core engaged.
  6. To start, take a deep breath, then exhale and press both arms forward until arms fully extend.
  7. Inhale and slowly return to start position, with elbows pulled back.
  8. Repeat for desired number of reps.

Chest Press in Sitting Position

  1. Insert anchor at midpoint of door. Position ball or chair 1-2 feet away from door.
  2. Sit on top of ball or chair with back towards door, and grab handles in each hand.
  3. Press feet firmly in ground, hip distance apart for better stability.
  4. Lift elbows and hands just below shoulder height so elbows are completely bent and pointing back, palms down. Sit tall with core engaged.
  5. To start, take a deep breath, then exhale and press both arms forward until arms fully extend.
  6. Inhale and slowly release to start position.

  1. Insert anchor at midpoint of door.
  2. Face away from door and grab handles, one in each hand.

  4. Lift elbows until completely bent and pointing back, with hands lower than shoulder height, palms faced down.
  5. Stand with torso slightly forward and core engaged.
  6. To start, take a deep breath, then exhale and press both arms at a downward angle, till arms fully extend.
  7. Inhale and slowly return to start position, with elbows pulled back.
  8. Repeat for desired number of reps.
